Need a report based on the valve of list boxes

Yes... You mentioned this before and I suggested you go back to having MARS in the Roster table.

I did not use the control wizard to create it.

I think you could copy the combobox from the sfrmMARS and paste it into the frmRoster.

You will need to add a field the the tblRoster to store a long integer value, and link the copied combo box to that field.

I tried that and I can not get it to behave. Once I change a value, it keeps that value all the way through till I change it again. I am using No for the first value and default to do as you said and avoid blank records.
