I am trying to hide the navigation bar on the form but unable to do so. In the form properties there is no navigation bar for me to disable or enable. I am using MS Access 2003. I tried to use Help but could not understand what I am suppose to do.

Can you post a screen shot of what you want to hide [or a better description]?

The typical form "format" properties that I set to NO or NONE are:
  • Record Selectors
  • Navigation Buttons [this is the one you want to disable]
  • Scroll Bars
  • Dividing Lines
  • Control Box
  • Close Button
Play around with those and see what happens.

Navigation Bar

OK ... the navigation bar that I meant is when for example there are 10 records, there is a bar below the form which you can click the arrow button to go to the first record, second record and so on. Or go to the first or last record. That is the navigation bar that I want to hide. Any idea?

Go to that form's properties and under the Format tab, set Navigations buttons to "No".

I do not have access to that particular property. I only get the attached screen. Thanks, Luis.

You would go to the Forms Property window while in Design View of the Form, not from the Navigation Pane.
