Access Report to Word

Hello all. I hope you can help me on this one.

I just created a report in Access which contains one field on each page. The field is defined as OLE in the originating table. It contains about a page of text each.

The report looks fine when viewed in Access, but when I either publish it in Word, or export it to a text file, the only thing that shows on each page is the heading and the footer. That's it!
I would appreciate any input on what's happening and how to fix it.

Snapshot format will keep the layout of your report as it is in Access.

I tried the snapshot, that works fine. I'm having trouble getting it from a snapshot to Word though (cannot export or save-as to Word). I need it in Word because I will need to FIND specific words in the document etc.

Thanks for your help so far!

PS - Saving as a PDF didn't work either.

What about the link below Neal. I've only just found it today and downloaded it but looks like it might just be the answer

Follow the link and go to the Export to MSword section as the link I've posted doesn't take you directly to the example.
