Hi guys,
Another one for you whists I'm learning the art of access
I have a report thats doing a grouping by clientID, with the detail for each client showing hours worked and a total amount for that time period. In the clientID footer I have a line that just prints on the page and signifies that the clients details has ended. This footer has the 'force new page' parameter set to after section - hence I get a new page per client.
I also have a grand total that is printed in the report footer.
Heres my issue - as it currently stands the grand total end up in its own seperate page. Is there a way to ensure that the grand total is printed on the last page that has the client details on? I'm thinking that somehow I need to turn the 'force new page' to none somehow when my last record has been processed.
Is this possible??
If not can you do what the user of the db would like?
Cheers
