    Hey, Tony.

The_Doc_Man is the screen name of one Richard W Hunt Jr, Ph D chemist, ex-MVP for Microsoft, former Bourbon Street (New Orleans) organist, and otherwise annoying pedant.

I don't put my full name online but I do sometimes sign as Richard.

this is a new product line I will carry. Used CoffeeCup to set it up from scratch with my custom graphics in just under 1.5 hours.
There is a Menu Builder so this will begin to expand quickly around next weekend.
This includes Adaptive technology - so use a smart phone, then turn smartphone sideways, then a tablet, then PC. It will adapt.

The pages just scroll, but they are different pages and can be linked to a menu.

The Form has code behind it. It took about 15 minutes as we kept adding and taking away options. The Form Builder looks a lot like MS Access.
If you don't want to enter your real email, just go ahead and in the comments, tell me that it is Uncle Gizmo. The form downloads into a nice Excel format that I will link to Access.

Hello. I got a reply from you the other day. I am henryihunter1954. Thank you very much for your suggestion.
The problem I am having (according to what I've been reading) is cascading dropdowns. I kind of understood using a multiple list. I will need to work with it.
Just trying to make sure that the data entry person does not choose the same selection twice.
Thank you again. This is a very helpful group. I am so so new to this.
