You get a file name, which will be the first in the folder and then loop through the whole recordset looking for that name and if a match then rename.

That is it....

Perhaps, but it shows Infopath Forms which do allow dropdowns etc.?
However as isladogs has pointed out, you do not have access to that anymore, so it is mute.

However you need to apply the replace to the hyperlink address as well as the cell value.

You can use as many criteria as you wish I believe, you just have to get the syntax correct.

What error are you getting as what you posted there is incorrect, no closing ] for the first parameter.?

Well for a start if you want to change the possibility of getting a null value from the dlookup and replacing it with 0, you need to surround the whole dlookup with the Nz function.?

If you do not put .pdf extensions on the filenames, the recipient will be asked what program to use to open the files.?

Also you are overwriting the first report with the second...

Open the code window (Alt + F11)
Make sure the Immediate window is visible
Locate your form and then the sub in the form

Use the macro recorder to get the basics, and tailor to suit.

That is how I tend to do something like this, plus a bit of googling.
