It does not go there. It goes in a control on the Form, refer to Step 1, it tells you to put a control on the Form. You set the Control's Font Color to the color and put the Statement as the...

Um, if they don't have a name how are they in the database? Or are you saying sometimes it's a person so while the company name is blank there are other fields to identify the entity?

Hmm, wondering if any of that code contains formatting of Excel. If it does perhaps you could create a Template, send the data and then do a Save As. That could possibly eliminate quite a few lines...

Not 2am here so...

First part you could put it on a Command Button (your Save and Exit) or put it on a double-click event procedure of a Text Box.

The second part I see Colin got to that.

You will need to do that for each control. Note, if you are concatenating then you will need to do that.

It can't because as everyone has already said it NEEDS data (the days) in order to get the quarters. No way for the query to produce what it does't have.
