Re: Shootings in US schools

Honestly, that's the case with any weapon once you start maxing out your skills, especially if you cycle alchemy and enchanting boosts to allow yourself to create weapons and item enchants that make...

Re: I'm OK with this particular use of firearms!

Just saw your post on page 2. I'll have to look at it later, as I'm heading off to work now.

Re: I'm OK with this particular use of firearms!

I always love how the same people who argue that 'disarming the people leads to fascism' always ignore the existence of the many nations with strict gun control that are also functioning...

Re: I'm OK with this particular use of firearms!

Tera, actually, right now the laws in most, if not all, states forbid firearms on public school property or at school events, along with many, many other locations (like anywhere alcohol is sold). ...

Re: Hazardous Living

I mostly have to worry about week-long power and gas outages with weather ranging from 0F to -20F.

Was funny, though, when I lived in VA and watched the entire state shut down for 3 days because...

Re: Best help for depression

I was diagnosed with some form of chronic, serious depression when I was 12. (Probably at least in part because you can't be diagnosed with borderline personality disorder until you're 18.) I spent...

Re: Hooked on GoT

Yeah, I really don't see Cersei keeping the throne, but I think it's even odds on whether or not Dany will still be standing when the dust settles.

Re: Hooked on GoT

There are times in the series where Dany shows glimpses of the madness her House is famed for. Not in a 'gibbering and seeing dancing hippos wearing tutus' way, but rather in an 'everyone who...
