The barcode label is just a report but with smaller dimensions. The "devicename" and "model" are just fields within your database. The thing you want to capture with the barcode is something unique...

All of these external apps are password protected, its just another road block to overcome for each user. But I guess its easy if you know how.

If your user is disconnected from the network how would you sign onto sharepoint? I doubt one drive or google drive would be easy to browse from access.

There is the rub, the unrealistic timeline. Its coming faster then we thought, and there is little time to fix it. So lets transfer a third of the worlds wealth just in case.;)

Dick, do you know what the file extension is? From what I have read online it should be a lossy .jpg I am pretty sure Gimp (https://www.gimp.org/)could handle it, or any free camera software.
