quick question

is the criteria needed as im just trying to sum number of pallets on to front page of form so people are aware when trailer is full

Anonymous1986, the text box wouldn't be bound to anything would work with dlookup like in my example attached, to run it just

click on the button and the input for supplier

you could have a a list of email address asgined to certain people then have a text box on your form and use that as a string like i did for the .to in the below

i have a report which is showing some data correct and then some which it has no need to show based on user input

see attached database and pictures

but simple fact is the user inputs a fault...

i put that there so the image wouldn't show on launch when the tick is not ticked i did try with out that in open and still no dice

so to stop the headache for me :banghead: I'm going to change...

ok so when you have clicked examine table and then clicked yes

it opens up the satchel form and ticks the check box

once this check-box on satchel is ticked i would like/want the picture &...

no not trying to change the image just wanting it to be visible as default its hidden from view so people wont see what they need to collect

nope not a subform and the sql has nothing to do with the check box on the Satchel form being ticked
