I've linked the tables to sp, but a few hiccups with the db locating the tables. I'll keep working at it. Thanks for your help.

The listboxes are set Multi Select = None. There should only be one option, it's a 1:1. I attached a doc with screenshot of the data entry form, it has listboxes...
