Similarly, do I need th 'AS derived' even though #7 seems to be working?

Monthly imports to separate linked tables. Importing to same table would exceed Access max size.

If I understand your question, the answer is yes. The number of items sold (i.e., > 0) per sales rep per month ranges 1 to 100 +.
