Error "The record source '|' specified on this form or report does not exist"

Same file works smoothly on my PC , but certain tables throw errors on customer side.
Have anyone faced that error, any thoughts?

WHERE tbl1.myDate2 =(SELECT Max(tbl1.myDate2) AS MaxOfmyDate2

UPDATE tbl SET myDate1= #12/12/2012#
WHERE myDate2=DMax("myDate2","tbl","ID=111");

Certain entity could be getting number of dates, I wish to be able to update the latest date.

I have built a database to some customer, now need to maintanence it on remote.
What is the best way to do that? Caspio or equivallents are not the option.

Each query separately gives workers and their degrees. For instance Degree5Alert will show all workers with a degre 4, e.t.c.
However somehow union query shows a mix of degrees..

The data is added to that table from the from, so drop down may be required on the form.Still the question is same "how I make sure" not to add two same degrees for the same employee?

Have a table with:
ID (key), EmpID, DegDate, Degree.
How restrict that for a same EmpID will not be added same Degree.
