There is one example of using "In" in a where clause and setting the rowsource of a list box.

Not sure I'm following but it seems to me you may be looking for an In clause.
Something like ... Where fkInsurancePlanTypeID in (1,3,4,6)

In addition to UG's suggestions you can also use instr() with the tag.
for instance a tag like - Req NL AA

If InStr(1, ctl.Tag, "Req") Then ...

If InStr(1, ctl.Tag, "AA") Then ...

Your using an "IN" clause so i dont think it makes any difference.

... country in ("'USA','Germany','USA','France'")
will pull the same records as
... country in("'USA','Germany','France'")

Personally I, as do many others, dislike the hyperlink datatype. Just store the path to the folder in your DB as text and use shell execute or application.FollowHyperlink to open the location.

Note that if a file with the same name already exists in the destination folder it will be overwritten. I included a delete copies...
