Ideally you would filter the data in a sub form and print off only the labels (records) captured in the filter. The records could be related or not depending on the filter.

Some employees like myself are given permissions to manipulate there own databases via SSMS. My permissions do not allow for creating new databases within the master. So either IT creates new space...

That maybe true, but who am I to question the expert developers at Microsoft. Those folks operate at a very high level.

Absolutely, Employee Details popup. I encourage all novice builders to utilize the Microsoft template gallery for ideas, its a wealth of knowledge I believe to be under utilized.

The barcode label is just a report but with smaller dimensions. The "devicename" and "model" are just fields within your database. The thing you want to capture with the barcode is something unique...

All of these external apps are password protected, its just another road block to overcome for each user. But I guess its easy if you know how.

If your user is disconnected from the network how would you sign onto sharepoint? I doubt one drive or google drive would be easy to browse from access.
