It turns out I had a development form open behind the Switch Board (Dialog)
And that causing the problem.

I lied.

These Properties seem to conflict.

With fDialog

.InitialView = 6
.InitialFileName = "Z:\OneDrive\Attachments"

It needs a "Change Directory" execution...

We don't use Data Entry mode ever. New Records in major table are made through SQL or DAO code. It does require more coding, but once you've been doing it that way for years, the gap is not as...
