2010 db won't run on 64 bit installation (1 Viewer)

arnelgp and speakers_86, you have salvaged this program before, and I thank you. Now, the db in question is unchanged other than the authoring version is Access 2016 (Office 365), and, again, it won't even open on 64 bit installations. arnelgp, you gave me vba.accdb and wondering what may have changed in the interim--the error# is 7960. Since it is happy on 32 bit installations, I don't know where to start.
