can someone tell me how to write a macro to do the following:
1. Mailmerge a word document using a Query.
2. Save the merged document to a specific folder or send it to a printer/print it.
3. In the letter against the date field, I would ike to see the date on which the Letter is generated.
At the moment I use the mailmerge wizard from Word to populate the fields from a query. Since I use the Wizard, I have to go thru all the 6-7 steps. I am sure there is someone out there who has automated this using the Macros. I am no good with VBA; I have used macros (self taught by trial and error method)to run query, export data to Excel files etc.
