Is there any VBA which has been written to move tables into custom folders?

I have some VBA which deletes and reattaches tables which makes people saving the front end and back ends to their local drives from the network a single click. I use it when moving tables from front end dev to back end prod to relink the tables.

just curious, thanks in advance

Hi. Not sure I follow. Tables are created in database files. Database files are stored in folders. So, what exactly do you mean by moving tables into folders?

Are you perhaps exporting and re-importing tables in some way? We need to know just a little bit more than you provided.

sorry, within Access, in the custom view, you can create categories, I called them folders. I want to move a table from unassigned to a category. Thanks!

June7, um, I am asking if there is any VBA to move the tables to the custom groups. I know how to use the groups manually, which was the original question in the first post.

So, do you know how to move tables to groups with VBA?

Thanks!

I have never bothered with setting custom groups.

Why would users save backend to local drive?
