file sharing lock (1 Viewer)

hi all can you help please.
i have imported an excel worksheet into a database and when i use the table analyzer wizard on it i get to the end and it comes up with "file sharing lock count exceeded. increase maxlocksPerfile regestry entry" i have looked online for the solution but none seam to work, i have increased this but still the same result .how high a number do i have to increase this ?
i am running access 2016, can someone help please:banghead::banghead::banghead:

How did you import the worksheet? (There are a couple of different ways.)

If the worksheet's format is one you know already, I would build a table with the correct fields in the correct order and then do an Import of the Spreadsheet to the empty but correctly formatted table.

To be honest, I rarely use that particular wizard so I'm not familiar with it that much.
