how to put letter in the quick access bar (1 Viewer)

hi everybody

I wonder if it is possible to put the following sign : [ ] (or any other sign or letter ) in the " quick access bar " . ( barre d'accès rapide in french ) , which is just above the strip.

It would be useful because it is complicated on french keyboards to type everytime these signs.

Click the small down arrow at the end of the Quick Access Toolbar then click More Commands.
In the Customise window change the list to All Commands and look to see what is available

If as I suspect, you can't find what you want, I would suggest you create an autokeys macro. Then assign a keyboard combination you can type to represent the awkward characters....

Alternatively set up your own Autocorrect rules in the spellchecker
e.g. SBL to be replaced by [, SBR to become ] etc

this is a sample of Character Map on the Ribbon.
i tried putting it in Quick Access Toolbar but
got error when setting StartFromScratch="false".
