Copied the Gantt Chart Limked my tables and now I have a gantt chart still playing in the copie of gantt chart demo but shouldn't have a proplem with the rest of the work needed to get it where I want I'm also creating a crdits page on the main control so People can see where I got help from.

Got The Gantt Chart V1 working and updated to fit the way my project system works Images attached.


I am working on the version 2 gantt chart from peter but am having problems so hopefully peter will be able to point to what I'm doing wrong allso attached the credits screen That is a page on main control

Finally got the phase Gantt chart colours sorted


Hoping to be able to complete the gantt chart v2 upgrade by monday

I have now completd works on the upgrade to the gantt chart v1 to v2


progress is contolled from the projects end time.


Colours defaults for phases can be changed from the phases I've put a command button above the 2 colours.

These two screens show the Maintenance Contracts and the schedule Calendar which shows when a contract is schedules so client's can be called to arrange a works date at present it only shows for all users but will when complete show for admin plus I'm thinking an employee department/Group Still putting that together in my head lol


the system will know when a new invoice is required to be printed/sent

[FONT=&quot]there are a lot of bits in-between like dealing with clients and having records of those interactions.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]the projects allow for a lot including outsourcing, using templates you may have built and include at a lower cost that it would be from building it from scratch (Don't reinvent the wheel),[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]when a project has begun you could get asked to make alterations/additions to said project if you have a specification/contract you will need an addition to them plus you will know what has been agreed.[/FONT]

I have a question regarding specifications I have completed most of the coding with the exception of who did any editing I.E. was it a manager etc.
my question is I track all changes and create a sting of field names for the revisions list as in the images below but should I also copy the old value to a field so if a manager does not approve the changes They could restore said changes or is that just OTT.

I've now completed my work on the schedule calendar and added help information on my project Manager - Developer help page.


I have also decided to make a copy of this calendar available as an open example which I will create over christmas I will also include a form where meetings Etc can be added.
