Hello, My name is John and I am getting back into programming. I was trained many years ago when Windows 3.1 was new. I never found a job locally and started working elsewhere. I found myself in the position I am now. The company I am with has a database that is very old and has not been updated in a long time. They are moving the server that the database is stored on and the techs do not think the program will boot back up. I have started to create a new database for my department to continue doing what I do.

Good luck with that, John. Moving a server usually doesn't stop it from rebooting unless someone wants to play rugby with one of the hard drives. As long as you don't hire "Wreck-It Ralph" as your mover, you SHOULD be good. Unless, of course, the server's motherboard was being held together with baling wire, duct tape, and spit.
