I'm not sure if I am posting this in the correct location or not.
I have a .Net application that was built against an access database (accdb) that contained data from a sharepoint list. When these tables were changed from a "normal" table to a linked table to sharepoint365 online all my functionality broke because there is now an additional authentication step to authenticate to sharepoint. I have looked into using a udl file or setting up an ODBC connection to the database but nothing is working for me.
Does anyone have any insight into how I can make this work? Can this password be saved to the registry? Is there a way to put this additional username and password in the connection string? I'm really at a loss. Thank you very much for any response.
