Hi guys,

I have the following table

NINo - AccNo - Saving
AAAA - 1234567890 - 10
AAAA - 2222222220 - 50
AAAA - 4554545454 - 60
CCCCCC - 4981451191 - 10
DDDDDD - 9841918951 - 55
AAAA - 9878978979 - 10
DDDDDD - 6541651511 - 10

I need to merge it (see template attached) so ideally i'd need to take the above table and format it as follows

NINo - acc 1 - saving 1 - acc 2 - saving 2 - acc 3 - saving 3 - acc 4 - saving 4

Can anyone suggest a solution? Database and merge document attached

It seems you want to generate a report, not merge data.

Put the details about the individual accounts in a sub report and link on the customer name.

Incidentally, what determines which account for AAAA is account 1? Or does it not matter?

I was thinking something more along the lines of a cross-tab query but can't work it out. The report acts like the query in that it does the folowing:

NINo - AAAA
1234567890
2222222220
9878978979
4554545454

I cant mail merge the above

It doesnt matter which account for AAAA is account 1.
