Does any know a good company to go with in order for customers to be able to electronically sign pdf documents?

For example, does anyone know anything about RPost?

Thank you for the information. I have a few more questions for you.

Is this something that only the creator of the forms would need, or something that the people sending and signing the agreements would need?

Do our customers have to be signed up with you?

Is it compatible with Adobe Acrobat forms?

How much would it be to have this capability for approximatly 1,000 employees?

Is it a yearly fee, or a one time fee?

Do you pay per employee, or per company?

Are our contracts housed on your servers?

An electronic signature, or e-signature, is any electronic means that indicates either that a person adopts the contents of an electronic message, or more broadly that the person who claims to have written a message is the one who wrote it (and that the message received is the one that was sent.

you can just program a software to add the digital signature (private key) to your pdf document and also send the public key to the receiver to receive the pdf file to check whether it is sent from the real sender or not.
The private/public key is the Hash code generated by the software and it is free.
