Access database corruption issue in citrix env (1 Viewer)

I am using access database (.accdb) in citrix environment. It works ok but after sometime when it is used by several users using citrix environment it gets corrupted.

The following error comes up
Microsoft Access has detected that this database is in an inconsistent state, and will attempt to recover the database. During this process, a backup copy of the database will be made and all recovered objects will be placed in a new database........

Any suggestions are welcomed.

Each user needs to work with a separate copy of the front end database and all the data needs to be in a separate back end database.
