I want to have a form in access which detects the GSM phone attached to the pc and send sps to selected entry in the databse. I dont want to use any sms sending website as the sms will be sent through mobile via access.

is it possible in any way?

this has been asked before and the answer is no. Although I believe you can purchase something that will enable your computer to make use of your phones capabilities - see these links although I've never used them and cannot vouch for them

However its certainly possible to send SMS from Access using a suitable provider such as Twilio.
