Question Contact management template MS access '13 (1 Viewer)

Hi, (apologies if this is posted in the wrong place).

Basically Ive used access for about 18months now, and have actually but myself a rudiment and simple database using Access '07 (I think).
For reasons I wont go into on here (&save me boring you all to death), I'm now using my Laptop which has access'13 on it.
I found in the templates one called 'Contact management'.

I liked the look of it esp with the integration of Outlook.

Problem: When I try to alter/modify the fields it wont let me (see screengrab) :banghead:

Surely as this is a template the object of including it is to allow for modification?!?

Any thought would be much appreciated.

Is there a ContactType table? Add items there.
Or is the item list a property of the field? If so, edit the table in design mode, then alter the value List in the field design.

Make sure all tables are closed.
