Hi All -

In table design mode, I am able to write a description of each field I add to a table.

Is there something similar already in Access where I can document a description or explanation of the table itself?

Nothing is jumping out at me.

Yes, the Description property of the table itself. - You might need to toggle the visibility of the Property Sheet of the table to see its properties.

Another method is to use the description section of the table properties which is displayed when you use Details view in the navigation pane.

Irritatingly this isn't the same as the Description property described by sonic8

Hi Tim. You can also right-click on a table and select Table Properties to see it.
