I work primarily as a Team Leader in a contact centre but I was given an opportunity in Feb 2016 to work on some analysis projects.
My experience in Excel was fairly extensive but it became quite clear really quickly that the amount of data I was handling was too much for Excel without some pretty complicated programming... Enter Access...
I'd never used Access before and only had very limited exposure to SQL. My VBA knowledge was also relatively limited (although I'd had SOME practice from within Excel). So I started learning...
I have created some awesome reports from within Access and the bosses are happy! But I recently came across a problem in Access that means I need to expand my knowledge even further. Enter... well... you guys!
