0x8024a105 Error Code (1 Viewer)

I am receiving the error code "0x8024a105". I tried running troubleshooter but that didn't help me solve the error. Even I cleared and reset the distribution folder but nothing worked.

I'm not a Tech Guy, can someone help me with the solution.

nowhere near enough information to suggest a solution.

what is the app doing when it receives the error, what versions of access and windows are you using? is the app split? multi user? what code is running when the error occurs? what is the error description/message?

Please provide answers to all questions

Edit: did some research on the error code, appears to be a windows update issue - see this link for description and solutions
