This guy Peter has built a remote controlled tank with an excellent camera for seeing where he's going, and that can be operated remotely over 4G! Basically operated anywhere in the world with a good mobile phone network..

Then it could follow the sequence you’ve sent as a package. That would eliminate the need for a control as you go, and allow the vehicle to go on a mission outside cellular and return. A simple example might be “Move 1m, slow” “Turn left, 90 deg” sort of instructions.
