Hello All,

First of all I am not an expert at access but have lots of experience with the application. I understand most of the programs features, and have a slight understanding to vba.

OK. I have a report that has a subreport that outputs a Revision table. My revision table has the categories at the bottom of the report and the history needs to be appended up the subreport.

This is the output I am lookingt for:

----------------------------------------------------------
- -
- -
-1 FL FCL 2/13/2013 Issued for Design -
-0 FL FCL 2/09/2013 Issued for Bids -
-A FL FCL 1/15/2013 Issued for Approval -
- Rev BY APP Date DESCRIPTION -
----------------------------------------------------------

This is how access naturally outputs my subreport:

----------------------------------------------------------
- A FL FCL 1/15/2013 Issued for Approval -
- 0 FL FCL 2/09/2013 Issued for Bids -
-1 FL FCL 2/13/2013 Issued for Design -
- -
- Rev BY APP Date DESCRIPTION -
----------------------------------------------------------

I realize that a reverse sort would accomplish the right output, but I also need the data to start from the bottom as shown on top.

What are you getting then?

I am getting the sort I want but I am getting a top left alignment with the data growing down. What I need is a Bottom Left Alignment with the data growing up the subreport.
