Query Help. Field Expressions to replicate Sumifs (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone hope someone can help me.

I am trying to create a query using a table similar to the one below:

Log Date | EmpID | Sales Type | Sales
23/11/2015 | 123 | ACTA | 5
24/11/2015 | 123 | BCAT | 4
24/11/2015 | 122 | ACTA | 1
25/11/2015 | 123 | BCAT | 3

What I want to create is a query which has the following fields:
Log Date, EmpID, ACTA, BCAT

Log Date and Emp ID would display the same but instead of Sales Type being split in the field results I want to sum them in their own fields if that makes sense?

Hopefully this is a quick and easy issue for someone here any help would be appreciated.

Cross-tabs, though are kind of hacky. What's the ultimate purpose of this? Why wouldn't a simply aggregate query using GROUP BY work? That would put the ACTA and BCTA into their own records and allow you to get totals for Sales as well.
