[SOLVED] Form Appearance - Get rid of navigation bar from Subform

I cannot get rid of the navigation bar from the subform. Navigation bar property from the subform is not appearing at Properties.

Also, how do I remove the left column?

Attached is a picture.

Thanks,

Surka.

You need to click in the area in the upper left corner of your subform, not on the frame (see picture). Two different sets of properties will appear depending on where you click. To name your subform as a control, you need to click the frame part.

The specific properties to turn off are circled.

Hope this helps:)

At the top left of the form click the gray box under the form name.
A black dot will appear inside the gray box. This means you have chosen the form itself and not any controls on the form.
The properties will change and you will be able to see the Record Selectors and Navigation Buttons properties.

But as you can see, the subform is blank. I added the subform from control>subform (without assistant).

You probably have the form open in another window or the table open in design view so the subform is showing as a white square. Try closing all the other open forms and tables and reopen.

Good luck.

I created a new subform using the assistant. This way I have 2 forms: 1 main, the other one as a subform (with its properties showing up).

If I just create the subform without assistant and without creating the form itself, then it wont show the subform properties.
