listbox vba displays non selected items (1 Viewer)

Good afternoon - I have a report that is based off vba query from an aggregate to select available BOL number from a listbox. The query is replicate to generate the report of all orders under the specific BOL number and it works perfectly. The problem is that when it runs to display against the aggregate to create my invoice, it will pull over all available BOL numbers as well as the one that is highlighted. I think this is related to my column format that I am using for the BOL field, but I don't know how to modify the script for numeric/interger format. I even tried to create the same column in character format and I get an error message. I am attaching my script I am using to pull against my aggregate SQL view. I am also including screen shots to give you an idea of where my issues are.

Any help would be appreciated.
