Hi,

Appreciate if anyone can give a hand on the issue im facing.

Example: There are 3 items and if the remark is "YES" then listbox highlighted in red for item 1.

Item Cost Remark
1 1 Yes
2 2 No
3 3 No

You can use a listview not a listbox, but listviews are not the most user friendly control and limited documentation. Also not highly portable. You would be better fakin a listbox with a tabular subform and using conditional formatting.

You can add some colour to listboxes - see this link: https://www.access-programmers.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=297923

However, the formatting would not allow you to colour Yes & No differently.
Agree with MajP - use a continuous subform & conditional formatting
