linking excel to visio (1 Viewer)

Hi, does anyone know if it's possible to link an excel workbook to a visio file so that any numbers changing within excel with update in visio? Got a presentation that keeps changing and I'm having to manually update a load of numbers!

I can't try this (test the data updates) because I'm not at work but you can link it by using Insert > Object or you could embed it but you'd have to move the data iirc.
