Site not handling sing-on correctly? (1 Viewer)

I've noticed yeseterday and today, on both my computer at work and at home;
When I log in to this site, I am usually taken to my User CP page automatically, but instead it redirects me to the login page again.
Once there, If I click on "Access World Forums" in the upper left hand area,
I am taken to the forums list and my username shows me as logged-in in the upper right-hand corner.
Then, if I click "User CP" again, I'm back at the sign-in page.
Anyone notice this too?

I use IE 8 at work, and Google Chrome at home. It happens on both.

In IE 8, after following these steps, it seems to work correctly.
Tools -> Internet Options -> Browsing History -> Settings Button - {Delete all files there}
Close and reopen IE.
Browse to this site.
Sign-In
I am correctly taken to my User CP page

But why would it suddenly not work in Chrome?
I use ingognito mode which deletes these equivalent files every time you close it.
This leads me to believe a change was made on the site.
What do you all think?
