Hello!

Is this site offers mail reporting of thread activity? If yes, how can I activate it???

Thanks.

You mean the site notifies you when somebody replies to a thread? Yes, in UserCP, Edit Options, change the Default Thread Subscription Mode. You can also control it individually by using the Advanced reply, and the option is below.

Hello Paul!

True, I just noticed that Advanced has email notification but I never received any message from AWF; I checked 'Courrier indésirable' in case of - nothing in there. What am I doing wrong???

Thanks, JLC.

Not sure, but I'll report it to the administrators, who have access to the inner workings. By the way, I moved the thread to site suggestions since it wasn't Access related.

Happy to help! I sent a message that hopefully Vassago or Jon will see and be able to help.

Hi Paul, me again...

I changed my mail account. It could be the problem. How can I check the mail they use?

Thanks, JLC.

We've seen that some mail providers, especially company or ISP providers, block our emails. I haven't had any problems with Gmail.

Check all of the obvious spam boxes and such just in case. Jon is the only one that can really assist with this particular problem.

So sorry, I never closed this post. The problem was simple: messages were sent to Hotmail instead of Outlook!!!
