Easiest way to import data into existing Template

Hello all,

I have a template that seems like it will work well as a starter for inventory control. I need to import my data into the existing tables to start using it, what is the easiest way to accomplish that? I just want to add onto the existing table entries.

I plan on using excel to create my data tables.

Thanks

Dave

easiest way if this is a one off is to use Excel import wizard on the external data tab.

Open it up and follow the prompts

This assumes your table field names are the same as in excel and columns are in the same order
