I have a report in a database I created that is being used across many different sites and has been for years. Recently one user reported to me that after a computer refresh (in our company that means getting a newer, updated computer), this one particular report looked/printed incorrect. The report uses an image as a background that aligns with controls. For this user, when the report opens or prints, the controls are all in the correct place but it has reduced the image by around 50% and it aligns with the top left corner so that the background is no longer aligned with the controls. He is certainly not the first to have a refresh since using this database but the first to report this issue. I have no idea what could be causing this. :banghead: Anyone have any ideas?
