Hi - I am new here, so I am not sure what the best way to get comments/help on a design is.

I am working on a project, and would like ideas, but I fear that the explanation will be paragraphs long.

Please advise on how you want questions posted.
Thanks a lot,
Helena

Hi. One way is to post a sample copy of your db with test data. Then, concentrate on one problem at a time and ask your questions.

How you need to ask questions depends a lot on what you are having issues with.

Lets start with "What is the first issue you have"?

The truth is, we work with almost anything as long as you are relatively clear in what you are asking. We will field questions on "best approach" and we will take questions on why a particular code segment exhibits a particular (unwanted) behavior. Trust me, we've seen questions all over the place. The only thing we really don't like is when a question is so badly unclear that we are more confused after reading it than we were beforehand.
