I have a database with 35 fields. The database has fields that have "disappeared". The information contained within the fields still shows up on the queries and in the reports I had previously established. But the field columns no longer show in the table. I need to make changes to the data in the fields but can not do so. When I switch from from datasheet view (where fields are missing) to the design view the fields still show as part of the table list.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Almost certainly someone has simply dragged the column edge so the column has a zero width. To solve this, hover the mouse over the header row--where the column names are--and hover the mouse over the line between columns. Where there is a zero-width column the cursor will show a split vertical bar. Drag that bar to right to size the width of the hidden column.

To compliment Mark's response, also put your cursor on any field heading and RIGHT CLICK. Look for Unhide. Someone may have hidden fields.

I just right clicked and unhide the three columns.
