Report footer forcing new page every time (1 Viewer)

Dear Members, need some help.

I have a Report with Report Header, Page Headers, Details, Page Footer and Report footer.

If the Detail has 17 records, 2 pages are prints, with the Page footer in 1st page at the bottom, continued Detail section and Report footer in 2nd page after section, which is correct.

When the Details are filled with a 4 records and having sufficient blank space still the Report creates a second Page with Report header instead of printing just 1 page, with the Page Footer at the bottom.

As per me 15 records can be printed on 1st page full.

If anyone has any idea on how to resolve this, please let me know!

On their Property check each section uf they have Force New page and set them to none.

Dear arnelgp,
In reports, only Detail section have Force New page property which is already set to None.

Not true.
Both report and group header/footer sections also have both Force New Page and Keep Together properties.
Page header and footer don't have them.

My mistake,
Very correctly said by ridders.
yes Report header/footer have Force New Page Property which already set to None, still problem persist
Please help me out

Why does the report print empty records? Rows 1-16 even if only two contain data (second screenshot)
What does the report design look like?

Does the report look correct if you only have one record in the detail section, (or none record)?
Could you post your database with some sample data, + description how to reproduce the problem?
