lookup value............ (1 Viewer)

I am having two tables..table1 & table2. form1 linked with table1.
table1 having field1, field2, field3, field4 columns
table2 having field5, field6 columns
If I enter x in field1 then field2 calculats (100-field1)
I want field3 lookup field2 value in table2 field5 and comes with field6 value
Kindly help me.
