Is there a way to select non-contiguous records in an Access table or query please?

I'm sure this must be a topic already covered but I haven't found it.

You can add a Criteria to any field in a query to sort by whatever you are looking for. What is it you are looking to accomplish?

Hello,

Thanks very much for this.

I am seeking to create a query, from an 'Allmembers' table, from which I can select a number of random records, then to copy these records into another query, from which I can create a report formatted to create a set of labels. I have created a Report for a set of labels for 'Allmembers' using the wizards, but so far selecting a list of a random selection of records has defeated me!

Best wishes
