Hi All,

I'm working in Qatar for 17 years now as an Electronics Engineer. I came across this site while searching for answers to my ACCESS project and found all of them very helpful and solved my headache. I'm only newbies in this field.

Hello, Joey. I have no personal experience in Qatar but many years ago a company where I worked had guys doing some computer work in Qatar. Are they still strict about people having hard liquor in some places there? We used to send "care packages" to our guys and found innovative ways to sneak them a bottle of "good stuff."

Thanks guys for welcoming me here.

Doc, lots of changes since that time, now you can say its a 90% open country. We have a liqour store and hotels are serving alcohol with live band.
