Is your Consulting business an LLC? (1 Viewer)

To those of you who operate a small software company or Consultant agency (small being just you)....do you operate as a sole proprietor, or LLC....Also what business insurance, if any do you carry? I'm starting to consider this type of venture, and would like to know what the norm is....
